Dan Carter
Director
Over the last 13 years in the real estate industry Dan has transacted, advised and developed on over $1 billion dollars of real estate across Australia.

In addition to the properties he has worked on there are billions of dollars of real estate which we have analysed, assessed and rejected.
​
Working with some of Australia's largest real estate businesses, ASX listed REIT's, private family offices, Government and Not for Profits Dan has a comprehensive understanding of the Australian real estate market and the key value drivers for each asset.

Iain Avery
Director
Iain is a Registered Property Valuer with the Australian Property Institute who has 18 years experience specialising in providing valuations across Retail, Office, Industrial and Residential Development.

Over this time, he has worked closely with Government Departments, ASX Companies, Private Lenders, Developers and Family Groups in providing expert advice on acquisition, disposal, and finance proposals.
